In 2014 seventeen National Libraries were surveyed about their born digital news content, legal deposit policies and practices. The results of the survey were presented at the 2015 International News Media Conference hosted by the National Library of Sweden in Stockholm, Sweden. The European Parliament today voted to reject the version of the draft Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market proposed by its Legal Affairs Committee.
